Principal Tower is a 50-storey residential tower in the area of Shoreditch, Hackney in London. Designed by architects Foster and Partners, it will contain 301 apartments upon completion in Q1 2019. At 162 metres tall and equaling 35,400m², it will be one of the tallest residential buildings in London. Principal Tower complies with the Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4, with high environmental and energy efficiency compliance throughout the building. SWISSPACER ULTIMATE was used in the highly energy-efficient façade.
