SWISSPACER also took advantage of this opportunity to introduce the industrial and health safety management system in accordance with OHSAS 18001 at the same time. Thus the existing quality management system was expanded to become an integrated management system. “The introduction of the industrial and health safety management system in accordance with OHSAS 18001 was a logical consequence of that which was developed and established at SWISSPACER over the years,” said Business Unit Manager Matthias Meissner.
“The successful recertification and new introduction was largely due to the management representatives, but above all to the employees, who made the implementation of the management system possible in practice through their responsible actions in daily work.” The certifications are valid for all SWISSPACER locations.
