In addition, the ‘Fit the best. Fit SWISSPACER’ campaign utilised a vibrant combination of digital and print marketing literature, earning a nomination for ‘Best use of Direct Marketing’.

The guide is organised into different sections such as processing, machinery, product specifications and thermal values. Each section provides detailed information to help sealed unit makers use SWISSPACER to its full potential and inform their customers about the detailed benefits of warm edge spacer bars. 

Machines and Tools Limited (MTL) is a Lancashire-based designer of tooling solutions that manufactures saws used to cut SWISSPACER spacer bars. MTL says the new Technical Guide can be a great asset to sealed unit makers.

Visitors were particularly interested in SWISSPACER’s new product innovation, SWISSPACER Triple. SWISSPACER Triple is a rigid warm edge spacer bar designed specifically for triple glazing. SWISSPACER Triple replaces two single spacer bars with a centre groove to hold the middle pane of glass in place, allowing sealed unit makers to use a slimmer 2mm or 3mm centre pane. The result is a lighter, more durable sealed unit that’s easier to install.
