Strong sales for SWISSPACER despite 15% drop in market

The company attributes its market share growth to SWISSPACER’s many benefits: it has been tried and tested since its launch in 1998, has excellent thermal properties, is ideal for triple glazing and its performance lasts – what you get now is what you get in the future. Sealed unit manufacturers can use SWISSPACER on existing machinery, so it requires little or no investment and has low levels of wastage.

Vic De Costa, SWISSPACER Marketing and Sales Manager for the UK and Ireland comments: “The market has declined by 15% and many competitors slashed prices, but our sales are on target and we’ve increased our overall market share. SWISSPACER is the warm edge market leader because it offers excellent thermal efficiency and is 100% impervious to gas leakage and moisture penetration so it lasts. It gives IGU manufacturers, window fabricators and installers the reassurance that their windows will perform as well in 5, 10, 15 years as they do on day one.”
