SWISSPACER, the leading warm edge spacer bar supplier, recently carried out a worldwide survey to find out what its customers thought of its performance. The results showed customers rated it highly across the board.

SWISSPACER scores highly in customer satisfaction survey

The customer satisfaction survey asked customers to rate SWISSPACER in terms of product range, technical and marketing information, service and support as well as asking how SWISSPACER compared to other spacer bar brands. Responses were measured on a scale from very unsatisfactory to very good. 
 
In the UK and Ireland, all respondents who took part rated SWISSPACER as good or very good compared to other spacer bar brands in terms of technical performance. They also rated SWISSPACER highly for its response time to technical enquiries, technical information and support.
 
Across Europe as a whole, 79% of customers said SWISSPACER’s product range was good or very good. Seventy two percent rated SWISSPACER as good or very good for response time to technical enquiries while 77% rated its technical information as good or very good. Compared to the competition in terms of technical performance 73% rated SWISSPACER as good or very good.
