SWISSPACER at glasstec: Customer benefits anticipated
The Swiss manufacturer of warm edge spacers SWISSPACER wants to use this year's glasstec in Düsseldorf to roll out its broad portfolio. "For us, the order does not end with the delivery of our products," says Rutger van Eijk, Sales Director Europe at SWISSPACER. "We provide our complete know-how as a service and advise our customers in optimizing their processes".
In fact, the Swiss company attaches great importance to a service that offers a high added value. "We take a very holistic approach and look closely at new customers' requirements and processes," explains van Eijk. In this way, the Swiss help their customers achieve the best possible result from the start when using the Warm Edge spacer bars. If necessary, the SWISSPACER technicians are on site and advise on workflows such as butyling, filling the desiccant or optimising the machine settings for bending or welding the spacers. In addition, the SWISSPACER experts help in the auditing process and in the creation of test samples for the certification of products.
Many years of experience in a large number of large and small companies flow here as the extensive expertise in insulating glass manufacturing of the parent company Saint-Gobain. Sales Director van Eijk emphasises: "This creates a good basis for customised solutions that are developed in cooperation with our customers. We want to help them streamline their processes to produce high-quality products with the best energy efficiency and outstanding aesthetics."
At glasstec, SWISSPACER will present examples and products that meet these requirements in terms of appearance, performance and service.
