Europassive® House, Schirrhein

At this Passive House project in Alsace, the client relied on the very high quality of the building envelope that the KMO Agency designed and monitored for weatherproofing and the technical batches associated with Passive House certification of this operation.

The house stands on a well-aligned plot in second row. An architectural trick allows enjoying a perfect south orientation. The choices made by customers, such as wood frame and bio-based materials, bioclimatic, reinforced insulation, extreme airtightness, triple high performance glazing, very efficient double flow ventilation, etc., make it possible to incorporate this design into Europassive® performance.
