Europassive® House, Hochfelden
The Europassive® 2 Ho House is the result of a bioclimatic concept that takes into account the land requirements and the new settlement regulations. The general concept was to give a total unit to two different structural units, the heated volume and the unheated volume.
Technically speaking, the structural envelope for the passive volume – including the plate – is continuous to avoid any thermal bridges. In the end, with a heat demand of 8 kWh / m² per year and a total energy consumption of 92 kWh / m² per year, the output is exceptional.
