Swisspacer Advance
Product overview
High thermal efficiency warm edge spacer
Improved Uw values at the glass edge
Excellent gas retention and durability
Easy integration into standard IGU production lines
Available in up to 17 colors
Swisspacer Advance offers an outstanding price-performance ratio among warm edge spacer bars. Its low thermal conductivity significantly improves the energy efficiency of insulating glass units, delivering much lower Psi values than conventional metal spacers and enabling excellent Uw values for windows and façades. Higher temperatures at the glass edge help prevent condensation and mould, while reduced CO₂ emissions support sustainable building concepts.
Technically, Swisspacer Advance combines high stability with long-term reliability. The rigid hollow profile ensures exceptional frame parallelism, and the integrated aluminium gas and water vapour barrier protects against gas loss and moisture ingress. A matt, non-reflective surface and a choice of up to 17 colours allow seamless visual integration into any window design.
