Swisspacer Ultimate Pro defines a new premium standard in warm edge spacer technology. With its exceptionally low thermal conductivity, it effectively minimizes thermal bridging at the glass edge and delivers excellent Psi values—verified according to ift guidelines WA‑17/1 and WA‑08/3 – ensuring superior Uw performance for modern windows and façades. Higher interior surface temperatures significantly reduce the likelihood of condensation and mould formation, supporting long‑term building health and comfort.
From a technical perspective, Swisspacer Ultimate Pro combines advanced energy efficiency with outstanding processing reliability. Its refined material composition of ABS and glass fibres enables high elasticity during manufacture while maintaining the structural stability expected from Swisspacer spacer frames. The precisely engineered geometry, perforation, and high‑performance barrier film ensure excellent gas retention and protection against moisture ingress, contributing to a long service life of insulating glass units.
