Intelligent Quarters, Hamburg (DE)

The project “Intelligent Quarters“ is part of the quarter Elbtor in Hamburg’s HafenCity. There are three buildings creating an ensemble: The residential building “Freeport”, which is located in between the office building “Shipyard” and the office tower “Watermark, which contains 18 floors and is the central building of the ensemble. The element connecting all three buildings is the façade material. Glazed, white colored ceramic elements, which enable a variety of different sizes, give rise to an independent and bright quarter. In total the products from SWISSPACER are included in 1000 m² double and 1100 m² triple glazing.
