The Folkwang-Library in Essen was designed by the Swiss architect Max Duller. To protect the books from direct sunlight special digitally printed glass was installed in the façade.
600 panels of glass were printed with a stone-motif which was put together with images taken in a quarry. Swisspacer was used in the façade to reduce heat transmission.
